Changes after your order has been printed

If your print needs to be changed after it has already been printed because you need to amend your supplied artwork, an £8 correction fee applies.

Please contact us with your order number and details of the change before sending replacement artwork. We will confirm what needs to be done and any reprinting costs before proceeding.

AI-generated images

AI-generated images can sometimes be unpredictable. An image may look clear on a phone or computer screen but appear pixelated, blurry or show unexpected details when printed, especially at a larger size. This does not happen with every AI-generated image.

Please check your artwork carefully at the intended print size before ordering. If you are unsure whether your image is suitable, contact us before we print it.

If customer-supplied AI artwork needs to be changed after printing, the same £8 correction fee applies.

If there is a problem with your order

Please contact us so we can look into it. This correction fee does not limit your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
